The land parcel, valued at S$192.9 million, was awarded to The Vales EC developer SingHaiyi Group Ltd in February of 2014. The property is being co-developed by SingHaiyi Group in joint venture with Kay Lim Group, and has a TOP date of 18th August 2018.
